Please note the following regarding the upcoming Christmas/New Year period for 2025/26:

The Department will be closed between 25 December 2025 and Thursday 1 January 2026.

Any referral applications found valid under the EPBC Act between Wednesday 10 December and Wednesday 24 December 2025 will be published after the Department resumes normal operations on Monday 5 January 2026.
